Gabrielle Union, 46 – A Gallon of Water Every Day

Gabrielle looks years younger than she actually is, thanks to her rigorous workout program and her secret: a gallon of water every day! She also enjoys green smoothies and packs loads of vegetables and fruits to her meal plan every single day. When she’s feeling snacky, she eats unsalted almonds. Gabrielle also believes in indulging herself from time to time and certainly doesn’t deny herself some bacon or let herself splurge on a cupcake at times. Aside from being an actress, Gabrielle is also the author of her memoir, We’re Going to Need More Wine and an activist working on women’s health and violence against women.
Beth Chapman, 51 – Wholesome Foods & Workouts

After conquering throat cancer, Beth Chapman had already lost weight. Now that she has been given a second chance at life she is really working hard at maintaining a healthier lifestyle. She has cut out junk food from her diet. She also eats a lot of fruit and vegetables such as lettuce and cabbage. She drinks a lot of water and eats whole grain cereal. Now she workouts and does crunches (2 sets of 25 reps), leg raises (2 sets of 15 reps), tricep extensions (2 sets of 12 reps), wall push-ups (2 sets of 10 reps), alternate leg kicks (2 sets of 25 reps) as well as other exercises daily to keep in shape and shed pounds. Obviously she takes it slowly and doesn’t overwork herself as her body is still recuperating and healing itself.
Celine Dion – 50, Cultural Mixes

Celine Dion recently appeared in headlines and caused shock waves around the world at her gaunt appearance. But, Celine admits that it’s all in the genes and everyone in her family was skinny. So, what does she eat? Well, for breakfast, she loves an espresso and croissant. Very French indeed! Snacking includes pineapple, melons and cherries – as fresh as possible. Indulgences include Bavarian figs and French cherries when she performs. For lunch, she’ll eat a simple baguette or salad. For dinner, she eats American, French, Italian and Mediterranean cuisines. Her husband was half Syrian, half Lebanese so she’ll even eat Sfihas (Mediterranean meat pies) with fried cauliflower. Bangers, mash and gravy for dinner are also a firm favorite. Sorry folks, looks like the gal just has “skinny genes.” For exercise, she works out on a stationary bike and does other simple exercises – nothing too strenuous.
Kate Middleton, 36 – Dukan Diet

The Duchess of Cambridge has been following the Dukan Diet and the raw food diet. The Dukan Diet is all about a high-protein, low-carb diet and consists of four stages before stabilizing a balanced diet for the rest of your life – all while incorporating an all-protein day once a week. Kate also does the raw food diet, which is known to boost the immune system, fight off infections, and protect the body from allergic reactions. Kate is now a mother of three adorable children, but she still has time to fit in an hour of sweating-it-out session. She definitely has a busy schedule!
