Being the Wheel of Fortune’s main host for many years now, Pat Sajak knows a thing or two about having a big fortune, and how to use it. Sajak, who recently hit front pages for being harsh to people who don’t go to vote during elections, used to live in this cozy house in Glendale with his former wife, Sherrill. The house, which has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,600 square feet of space combined with a low home insurance seemed perfect until they broke up. Sherrill sold it in 2011 for $425K. Since then, the house had been re-sold, this time, for an estimated $705K, as some sources claim.
Anderson Cooper – $4.3 Million, Greenwich Village
Anderson Cooper may have kept his Greenwich Village firehouse-turned-home away from the public eye for a while, however, it was used recently for an H&M advertising campaign featuring David Beckham and Kevin Hart. The house, which was originally a firehouse back in 1906, was purchased by Cooper for $4.3 million in 2010. He asked the help of architect Cary Tamarkin for its interior design. It still features old brass firepole and a 19th-century gym. According to Cooper, he wanted the preserve the old firehouse so he kept the old firemen’s gym.

Terry also appeared in multiple TV shows and films, and his most notable role was after he starred in the hit 2006 American romantic comedy film, Failure to Launch.
