We all remember Connie Stevens, who made a mark for herself in Hollywood with her exceptional singing and acting ability. Often dubbed as the “teen idol of the 60s,” Connie’s beauty, singing, and acting prowess was much praised in teen and later adult film dramas.

Coming from a musical family where both her parents were jazz musicians, Connie formed a couple of vocal groups, first The Foremost and later The Three Debs. She began lining up singing commercials in the early 70s to rejuvenate her fame.
Following her split with Eddie Fisher, she entirely became out of sync with Hollywood and started facing a financial struggle. Now 80 years old Connie could spend her retirement without worrying about bankruptcy.
